Why Golf? Why GolfBlog?
Even on the last hole of the US Open.
It could have been me there…or you. We don’t normally miss three footers so we can blame the surface of the green, the wind, the putter OR we can get really sad and beat ourselves up.
Not a lot of point to that response.
I suppose the obvious response is to give the game up. My friends from the Gold Coast would never dream of it though. The guy holding the flag above has seen that sort of putt before. He has no sympathy whatsoever.
People say that you only need 1 good shot per round to encourage you to keep playing golf. Well I have had lots of rounds where nothing goes well and yet I keep playing golf.
Our website is really all about the missed putt. How could it happen? We have been playing for years (in my case 35 years)
